Start the Discord app on your computer

The web version and modded clients do not work.

Turn on activity sharing in Discord

In Discord open Settings -> Activity Privacy and allow sharing your activity.

Check the card in SoundCloud Desktop

Open Settings -> Integrations -> Discord Rich Presence: the switch is on and Connected to Discord shows under it.
What to show is set in the same card: Display mode, Status line, Lyrics in status, Show SoundCloud button.
Quit both apps from the tray icon, not with the window cross (how to quit). Start Discord first, then SoundCloud Desktop.
Choose Display mode -> Track and Status line -> Track title.
