Open the Network check
Settings -> Network -> Network checkAlso: Settings -> General -> Help -> Network check -> Open, or the Network check button in the All hosts are down window.Can’t sign in? On the sign-in screen click Continue without signing in: Settings is there too.

Run the check
Click Check.

Send the report to support
Click Copy report or Send to support. The second button copies the report and opens Discord: paste the report into your message.The report has no account name, no tokens and no public IP address. It is safe to send.

The Peer network card is in Settings -> Network, under the Network check. The network is on by default, and you can turn it off with STAR.
A red failed and a long connecting do not break music: the app just did not join the peer network.

A green icon is good. A yellow triangle is suspicious. A red cross is a failure. A dim icon was not checked or goes through a proxy. Hover an icon to see the detail.Backup route and Pro relay are spare paths, used when the direct one is blocked or cuts downloads.
