Wait and open STAR again

Wait a few seconds and click STAR in the left menu. STAR is active if you see your name and the end date there.

Sign out and back in

Click Settings -> Account -> Sign Out, then Sign in with SoundCloud and allow access in the browser. Downloaded tracks and settings stay.Sign in to the SoundCloud account you paid with: STAR is tied to it.

You paid through Boosty

In Discord, type /sc-me: it must show your SoundCloud profile. Another one is linked? Type /sc-unlink, then /sc-link with the link to your own profile. How to link

Still not there: open a ticket

On Discord, go to the tickets channel and create a ticket. New to the server? Pass the check in the verification channel first.Send in the ticket:
  • the payment date
  • the term: Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly
  • the link to your SoundCloud profile
  • the receipt or the order number
Post an activation code, a receipt or an order number only in the ticket, never in public channels. Never send anyone your sign-in link.
Write about it in a ticket.
