<Accordion title="The app goes "Offline" but the internet works" id="offline">
Open the **Local library** page (the **Offline** item in the side menu) and look at the status at the top.

| Status | What to do |
| - | - |
| **offline mode** | You chose offline yourself (**Continue without signing in** or **Offline library**). Click **Try online again**. |
| **no internet** | The system sees no network. Check your connection, VPN and proxy. |
| **server unreachable** | The internet works, the servers do not answer. Open the status page, then **Network check**. |

**Try online again** re-checks the servers. If they stay silent, nothing changes, and that is normal. Not signed in? When the servers answer, the sign-in screen opens: sign in there.

Still stuck? Quit the app completely and start it again.
